MOULDS
Every mould is entirely made by OMV ,from the product evaluation to the tool design, up to the final test, using high quality materials and the most refined techniques.
Every mould is designed to achieve the maximum production with the highest reliability.
Mould parts are manufactured using a range of up-to-date digital controlled machines which allow the production of standard components and perfectly changeable spare parts.
Dimensions and tolerances are checked by means of a modern DEA machine.
All the mould parts are always checked , both being components of a mould which will be later assembled or being spare parts.
Every mould, prior to delivery, is extensively tested in our plant , using the customer's material , in order to achieve the optimum adjustment according to the grade and the characteristics of the raw material itself.
