THE UNIVERSAL THERMOFORMER
The F25/5, the latest (3rd generation) version of a machine sold all over the world in a large number of units since the 70's, is a fully automatic, electro mechanically driven thermoformer with in-mould trim, which nullifies shrinkage effects on trim accuracy.
Flexibility is the key world for this machine that has been designed to process all tipes of thermoplastic and coextruded material and that con also thermoform indipendent of type and shape of products.
Unique features of hte F 25/5 is the easy operation and the low level of maintenance required. Its long heating oven allows for production of PP production, off-line as well as in line, with no preheating and without lowering the cycle speed.
F 25/5 Special features
The platen movement is performed by a double toggle arrangment, where the trim is operated by a servomotor.
Electronic brushless servo-drive with profiled acceleration/deceleration for precise sheet index accuracy and easy adjustment while running.
Sheet adge pre-heaters, for safe and smooth chain grip, to be used for heavy gauge sheet and brittle materials, such as crystal polystyrene.
"C" shape heating oven with top and bottom ceramic heaters, arranged in longutudinal zones and electronically controlled.
Servodriven plug assist.
STEEL_RULE CUTTING MOULDS
Thriugh a simple change of software, the new F 25/5 Therformer can adopt, besides classic punch-and-die moulds for PP, also specific moulds for PET containers ( try, clam-shells, lunch-boxes etc), using the "steel-rule cutting" technique.
Such F25/5 utmost flexibility allows the thermoformer to comply with possible market alterations, without any machine modification.
